The 6th EP marks a return to 36-tone equal temperament Lo-Fi Hip Hop after a one-release hiatus. This work takes “updating within a unified worldview” as its theme and incorporates analog elements by featuring Kyotaro Hori (from Klehe). As a result, the EP conveys a darker, more desolate, and exclusionary atmosphere across all tracks.

The title combines Metropolis, Phobia, and the call sign “Ø” symbolizing the Yamanote and Chuo railway lines, much like Masabumi Kikuchi’s Circle/Line. The added numbering reflects the concept of urban landscapes intersecting with mechanical, inorganic qualities.

6th-EPとなる今作は1作振りとなった36平均律Lo-Fi-Hiphop。前作を「統一された世界観でのアップデート」をテーマとし、アナログな要素として堀京太郎(from Klehe)を迎える事により、いちEPを通し全曲がより暗く、荒廃し排他的な世界観を醸し出す事となった。
　メトロポリス＝大都市、フォビア＝恐怖症、タイトルコール＝Øは菊地雅章の「circle/line」と同様、山手線/中央線を示しており、+ナンバリングにより街×無機質を体躯している。
